    The food processor arrived in just its original box without any protection and got damaged during transit. The seller agreed for the item to be returned and arranged for their courier to collect. After receiving it back they kept saying they would issue a refund, but never did. Eventually after nearly two weeks we had to get eBay involved to get our money back. Would not recommend.
