  Arrived earlier than expected in good packaging. Flat packed but once you got into the bones of it the build was pretty straight forward. During the build I noticed two hinges and a plastic connection piece was missing so I sent the guys at precision plank a message. Within a couple of minutes a reply with a full apology arrived and I've just received the missing items in the post a day later. Good quality piece of kit. Second time buyer.   If you’re ever in the market for any of their products then my advice is to look elsewhere. I ordered my item on the 8th March still waiting on 6th April. Terrible communication in fact they are rude and ignorant no idea on running an eBay business eventually refunded by eBay. Buy from them at your own risk
