  I paid $12.00 extra for the item to be shipped in a mailing tube so the plans would not be wrinkled from folding and shipped in an envelope. Instead, the plans were shipped in a homemade box which was crushed and the plans were wrinkled anyway. Perhaps if the plans were shipped in a sturdy mailing tube as advertised, the tube would not have been crushed, and the plans would not be wrinkled. The plans were satisfactory except for the wrinkled condition.
