    Both sets of earrings were "lost in the post" !! by royal mail. An empty, ripped jiffy bag delivered sealed in a Royal Mail plastic bag telling me apologies and to contact them to claim. Just dreadful. Seller provided a refund on being asked via the eBay process. I did communicate successfully on this matter with the seller. The loss certainly wasn't the fault of the seller. I would use this seller again now I understand the combined postage which wasn't initially clear to me.

    Great seller communication. Item as described, I think the enamel damage adds to the design so I’m very happy with it. The packaging with thank you sticker was a very nice touch too. It was posted quickly, great value and I’d definitely buy again from this seller.

It was packaged securely, and also came with a little gift box (that I wasn't expecting). The item itself was even better than pictured (it is also fully hallmarked). Great price, great item.
