  The electronic scales arrived in quick time, and was packaged very well, it arrived with its original packing, it takes a minute or 2 to have some display showing, I did mention this to the seller and was offered a refund if I was not happy which was really good from the seller, instead of arguing, so good communication there.- Adrian

  Lisa was an exemplary seller. Initially she had sent me wrong item in error. She recognised the error and immediately agreed to send me the correct item. The hat which I still wanted. Then she admitted the delay in sending was too long. She offered to refund and did so immediately and promised to send me the correct hat for free when it arrives. I would absolutely buy from her again. No hesitation
