The phone arrived with a 92% charge, the cracks are as depicted and the irritating white line is there (I'll get used to it!) - all exactly as described.     Quick delivery and great value and appearance. Intermittent fault keyboard failed to work sometimes so contacted seller and tried their suggestions to fix however intermittent fault persisted. Intermittent faults can be very difficult to narrow down a cause for them. A replacement or a refund was needed, seller chose to refund. Great customer relations and I would order from them again.
