  This was as close to the perfect buying experience I could imagine. The laptop is close to mint, there was a charger included that wasn't even listed in the ad and the new battery really is new. Delivery was quick and easily tracked. Packaging was substantial. All my questions beforehand were quickly answered - even on the bank holiday. I really can't think of anything negative to say. I would certainly recommend anyone buy from this seller. Brilliant under-promising and over-delivering.
