    I received the item, unfortunately the item got damaged in transitie but nothing that couldn't be fixed, contacted them them about it and resolved the issue, item could have been packaged a bit better in hindsight, the item was as described but was VERY dusty and dirty, value for money, yeah can't complain. Good communication from this company and sorted issues.

    I was a bit concerned about the dispatch time and also after reading some of the negative feedback I was wondering how the laptop would turn up. Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*

    Order was slow to post but issues with Royal Mail collection. Laptop arrived with Chassis damage that was not on the listing photos. Communicated with seller and they advised to raise a postal claim with RM as damage obviously occurred after listing. Seller offered generous partial refund and their communication helped me see past my anger.

    Received the computer today by Royal Mail. The packaging was wholly inadequate for this computer. The packaging was open on receipt and the computer inside was floating about. Informed the seller who blamed Royal Mail for the open package 50/50 in my view inappropriate packaging by the seller and a rough ride in transit by Royal Mail. On the plus side the computer was exactly as described and value for money. No empathy from the seller and request for a refund on the postage was refused.

    Whilst we understand that the damage to the box is frustrating, it is important to note that the item inside the box was not damaged. If the item was damaged, I would have been more than happy to assist you with a partial refund.However, in your own words "the computer was exactly as described and value for money". You did not pay us for a cardboard box, you paid for a desktop computer and you have received said desktop computer as advertised. I fail to see any real reason for a refund.
