Stated 24 hour delivery and stated despached the following day after ordering. several days later still not arrived so I contacted the seller who said it had been lost (no tracking no. supplied) They said they would normally send a replacement out but had none in stock so would refund me. That was a lie as they had the identical artificial purple & white petunia grey patio planter in stock when they said that, however they had more than doubled the price I paid on that listing!! AVOID!
