  The item was not delivered by Evri for unclear reasons, as no info provided by Evri on the Evri tracking website. The seller on being informed of the issue promptly attempted to correct the situation, qnd when this could not be done, the seller arranged for a prompt refund of the purchase price. Eventhough I didn't receive the item, clearly due to Evri's issue, the seller cannot be faulted and seller's response was v good indeed.

  The Batteries arrived well before the estimated due date, they were securely packaged and just as listed. I have charged them up, they work a treat. Although the dimensions of the batteries are marginally different to the originals in my heated gloves they fit in the battery pocket very well. I'm happy with my purchase and will use this seller again.
