What I loved most about this experience was the Seller! Although the ceramic plater was carefully packaged and arrived in excellent time (while she was on vacation, I might add) the plate arrived shattered. Even though She had limited access to internet hook-up, she contacted me within a few hours,requested a photograph, grimaced(with me), and sent me a full refund. If it gets any better than that, it does not get any smoother. I command her as a Seller,and admire her style.
