    item was recorded Royal mail delivery signed for however I did not sign for it. It was just pushed through my letterbox. Consequently my puppy dog to the envelope up and the item was lost approximately £112 worth of 9 carat gold in the shape of a guitar, not the sellers fault or my fault, I have made a complaint and appealed to Royal mail
