The item is good and as described. The parcel was delivered on time but was left outside my porch whilst I was out, instead of putting it inside. The delivery man made no attempt to try the door. We had had a downpour and the box was soaked and only held together by the tape. Luckily the item stayed dry. I have had no contact with the delivery company.

Awful. Ordered nail tips, didn't receive my parcel however on Ebay it's shown 'delivered in letter box'. Was sitting in lounge next to front door at delivery time and was home all day with family. Went to look everywhere, checked with neighbours. Nothing. On Ebay says it was used 'other' delivery company and no tracking number and no proof of delivery, nothing. Contacted seller and asked what delivery company he used to sent my parcel and I got reply only time of delivery and'it shows delivered'
