I contacted the seller and explained the situation. The seller immediately offered me a full refund. I have yet to verify that the refund has hit my account.     Unfortunately the mirror was broken when it arrived. I was very disappointed because it's a lovely outdoor piece of art. Good value for money had it not been broken. On the upside the seller was very quick to respond to my message about it and refunded me in full. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again due to the excellent customer service I received.
