    I received a completely different perfume! I returned it and seller wouldn’t respond to numerous messages asking for a refund. DO NOT buy from this seller. eBay hopefully will refund me? Spent hours on this! How can this seller be allowed to continue selling?

    I received my item late although maybe not the sellers fault. After receiving I made contact with seller to make aware that wrong item was sent to me and also provided photos. Days later I received a response from seller stating that I could return item but would have to pay for return even though no fault of mines for receiving incorrect item. I reached back out to ask if he in fact did have the one that I should’ve received multiple times..guess what? NEVER RESPONDED ANYMORE! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    Was not sent what I was ordered. The description and picture was for a 40V unit that uses two cordless batteries in series to give it more power. It has a 13" width and would be delivered tool only. What I was sent was a 20V unit that utilizes only one battery, it is 12" width, and came with the battery and charger. Got jipped. Buyer beware. I didn't care about getting a battery with it...I wanted the 40V motor capacity. Tried resolution. Seller either didn't understand or didn't care.

    Seller was supposed to send Delina Exclusif but instead sent Delina. I didn’t return it because it was a birthday present and would had never been on time. Seller responded saying he was going to check on it and let me know about a resolution but after multiple tries to comunícate with the seller, the seller never answered.
