Items received were smaller than items advertised. Seller first denied, but after sending pictures, they conceded. Seller first offered 25% refund. Seller then offered 35% refund.Seller will not send correct sized item. Seller only offered full refund if items were shipped back from US to China. Return postage costs more than cost of items. I have ordered from China hundreds of times and never asked to return when there was an issue. This seller take my money for products I cannot use.

Awful. Firstly, took ages to arrive. Website description did not match what arrived. Then it was a very difficult communication, arguing with the seller to get my money back. After telling them numerous times that they had falsely advertised, they offered half of my money back. I said no. Then they offered a bit more. I said no. Finally I relented at about 70% of my money back. Their conversation was rude and abrupt. Will never buy again from this seller.
