We live in a rural area in the North with not good data connection (only on top floor in one room by the window). We were out twice when Fed Express delivered and we just couldn't rearrange delivery because of our mobile connection but we asked for help from Prima and we got it. Its a really good price and is always dispatched quickly, well packed and the postage costs are very low considering the weight of the box. I had a few issues with the delivery this time - as it was delayed a few days and I had multiple notifications about the delivery. However this was down to the carrier not the supplier and it was only a couple of days delayed which wasn't a problem anyway.
