I know it says open box, but it did say it would come with the hardware and mount. Reached out to PA and they sent hardware and mount out ASAP. Customer service was great. When hardware arrived, I was missing torx bolt for the mount. At that point I didn’t feel like waiting for another missing part to be replaced and asked for refund. I would still protect these guys in the shower 🚿
