    this item was as expected but the seller offered a 2 for the price of 1 deal and failed to deliver the 2nd (free) item. when I contacted them they asked me to take it up with ebay which I was not prepared to do. I gave them every opportunity to "do the right thing" but they chose not to so it is with regret that I'm giving them negative feedback.

However we did explain to you that as per ebay promotion policy and where it clearly states that you need to add two items to the basket for the deal to apply. We are unable to send another item as this is a cost to us. We were happy to add an additional item if you made another purchase. It is not fair to threaten us with a negative review if we do not send another item to you. We are sorry that you are not happy with the service.
