The experience from the seller was completely positive. They (prime02) told me that Royal Mail would deliver my order, but in fact it was delivered by Evri. Ebay let me know it had been dispatched but this courier gave no notification whatsoever of a tracking number, delivery times or even an email to say it had been delivered. Sadly i had to return the item as i ordered a colour Rose bedspread and received a pale Pink which wasn't even one of the choice of colours. Thankyou Ebay and prime02.

Be aware that this seller uses Evri instead of Royal Mail and it took 15 days from dispatch to delivery and this was after I emailed them asking for a refund and giving them until today (Wednesday 15th may) to get Evri to deliver after allegedly trying once before but finally I received my curtains and they look fine,overall thank you very much for your assistance
