    Very nice dealer to work with. Due to weather condition my item never arrived, but this dealer kept me informed and tried to find out where my purchased item was. I did get refunded without any problems. I did find another cutco soup ladle. I would deal with this dealer again, this dealer is very diligent about handling their business with you.     Item was not packaged very well, otherwise it would not have arrived broken. If you're going to charge for shipping, please use proper packaging and not vintage boxes. I had other vintage plates arrive from other sellers and this was the only seller I had an issue with. When I reported the issue to the seller, along with photos, they delayed in reimbursing me by a day; ignored my messages, and asked me to report the claim myself so that "they wouldn't have to pay for return shipping". Not great.
