  The 1st time the item was delivered it was damaged,the 2nd replacement item was lost in transit,the 3rd replacement was delivered damaged and the 4th replacement was refused delivery due to being damaged ☹️.. Parcelforce and Wickes were the delivery company.. The seller offered me a full refund and was very cooperative throughout.. I would buy from this seller again,as they were very apologetic and helpful.. Quality item and good value, but poorly packaged and not handled with care..shame really

  This is such a good seller. My item was delivered with a broken handle. I contacted the seller & they communicated very well & within days I reveived a new handle.   The boxes ordered are fine. The courier failed to deliver the initial consignment of boxes but an impressive exchange of communication produced a happy ending, albeit slightly belatedly. The support provided by the seller was second to none and I was assured at all times that there would be a positive resolution. The seller sent a second batch of boxes and these swiftly arrived.
