The seller contacted me to explain they were unable to supply this item as there was a mistake in the description, but at my choice they have provided an alternative product. That product has been delivered. I have ordered cat food from another supplier, and am waiting for that to be delivered.

Appalling service. Sent the wrong items and blamed his supplier. No apology at any time. I was reluctant to spend money and or time on returning the items after the service I had. No postage paid label was offered. I got eBay involved and then he promised a label which never appeared. Eventually ebay stepped in and refunded me.

This guy is a fraud, basically tried to threaten and bully me in to a refunding him and wanted to keep the item, basically have lied through his teeth to ebay and got a refund. I will be escalating this with eBay.
