  I ordered this to light candles with. The lighter arrived but it wouldn't light. I'm not a smoker so I don't know that much about lighters, but I knew that it should work. I told the seller but I was refused a partial refund or replacement and the seller explained that they don't come filled. Fair enough, but it should specify that on the listing. I then checked other similar lighters to this one and every one of them specified on the listing that you had to fill them yourself. Except this one.

  Item been sent few times wrong at at the end i have asked for refund without replacement he told me they were going to send refund and replacement havent recived refund for long period and asked he said he sent replacement which i didnt ask then accepted refund sent it but even recived mail from carriers havent recived the replacement item.how ever even iff like to order make sure it cames as requested
