Item never received, they asked me to wait two weeks I did, still no item. I asked and they couldn’t resend with 48hour postage so had to get refund. Shame.

We noticed that you opened a case on eBay, requesting a new mug to be delivered within 48 hours. Please understand that weekend deliveries are not possible as Royal Mail does not operate on Sundays. In light of the circumstances, we have issued a refund for your order to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
