  very good quality of the item , well packed - unfortunately Royal Mail bended the Envelop and squeezed it trough the letter box - even on the envelop was written do not bend , a day later i showed my postie the envelop and showed her to whom she did it do , she was sad and embarrassed :-) looking forward to use your service again

  This person doesn’t reply to messages! He scammed me by offering Royal Mail 24, and then using 48. Still haven’t received it. Item was desperately needed by a deadline. Don’t rely on sellers like this!

  Hi you wasn't scammed. You was reimbursed for the postage, as that was an error on our part. Your item Was delivered to your address after a redelivery, your choice as you wasn't home. It was recorded as being delivered on the 29th July, with track number GG782943855GB. Everyone can check this for themselves to prove I am telling the truth, we don't like being accused of things without trying to resolve this. Sometimes we take an extra day to reply due to days we work.
