I really appreciate this seller for their honesty about the product I received. In the description it clearly states that the item is 925 silver plated over brass, and that the turquoise is manufactured. Also, they clearly showed (out of 5 pendants pictured) the exact one you'll receive. I am so tired of the dishonesty displayed by several OTHER jewelers on this site, and to do business with what I feel is an honest seller is so relieving! Thank you to this seller! The item is beautiful!

Photo advertised not what was delivered, and then the delay process of obtaining full refund painstaking. From the initial contact requested full refund and postage docket so I can return pendant. All I was given was partial refund and if I require full refund he gave me his address in India, indicated I would have to pay for return. Ebay now involved, as seller is required to supply postage. Anyway, very disappointed
