    The dress was new and it has been set on the rack quite a while and has not been move. It wasn't smell foul odor to me, I guess I had a bad allergies and can't smell. I wouldn't mail it if that was a case, I apologized all this matter. You could email me and send it back, I don't have any problem to return your money back if that was the case. an I am apologize for the late respond.
