    Item arrived in a box with poor packaging, no bubble wrap no polystyrene and looked like it had actually been kicked round the delivery truck - absolutely unusable item. Blame the driver or company as much as you want this item should have, for its cost been much better packed for its safety during transport. Item collected and refund given but very inconvenient for a buyer.

    It was unfortunate that the item was damaged in transport. We sent out the product in the packaging supplied by Bosch. We have had multiple successful deliveries of this product in the same packaging. We offered a next day replacement, collected the damage product and issued a refund within 24h of delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
