I didn’t want to leave negative feedback but feel I now have no choice. Placed order on 23/3. Delivery was meant to be by 1/4. We had not received confirmation of despatch so contacted the seller on 2/4. No reply, again the following day. They did finally reply asking if we wanted replacement or refund. I replied with replacement but no contact since then. Numerous messages sent from us but nothing from them. Very disappointing. We have no item and no refund.
