About us

We are a manufacturing company in the United States. We sell our new old stock, some computer equipment/software that is no longer used as well as some items that have been used for Research and Development.

All of our items are shipped via FedEx through our business to business account. The cost of shipping may seem high, however we work to price in the higher cost when posting an items listed price.

If a package is lost our account manager will find it. If a package is damaged, they will make it right. If a package needs to be re-directed they will do it. If a package is stuck at a hub location, they will get it moving again.

This was not on the photos in the listing, and there was no corresponding exterior box damage, so I can only assume it happened prior or during packaging. It will not affect its function for my use.
