Millions of products and items are bought and sold daily around the world. What happens to these products when they are either mistakenly purchased, barely used, or damaged? They are returned to the seller and are disposed of adding to the needless waste pile. Most of these items still have a lot to give, that's where Boxed Returns comes in.

Founded in 2016, we immediately started working towards improving sustainability within reverse logistics. While most companies saw it as a waste of resources to resell unwanted products, we made it our entire business model. With delicate quality checks from passionate employees, we have been able to give thousands of products a second life. We pride ourselves on the fact that every product we sell aids in the effort of fighting climate change by reducing waste.

    Came as described. Box more damaged than described or shown. Contents were in good shape. Looks as though it was opened before and handled. Took a long time (4 days) to ship it out. Delivery, too, but that's not on the seller. That's USPS. Hooked it up and works. Looks great, well as it's supposed to. It is a smoke detector. Works great. Hasn't given any false alarms or any other issues. Great value. Will shop with seller again.

Had no additional replacements to send whereby could guarantee working. Seller refunded money and did not ask for return of items since they couldn't be sold. While I would have preferred a working product, I would deal with this seller again just based on customer service.
