  Best price and delivery. The package was still wrapped in cellophane as shipped from factory but unfortunately on opening i found the toothbrush case had damage inside, a segment had been snapped off. I contacted the seller with a photo and they offered a 20% refund and I said I would be able to glue the piece back in place. Refund received and very happy with seller.

  Slight problem with original delivery. I raised the issue and the seller said they would look into it and within a couple of days a replacement was sent. Very good aftersales care. Some of the images of "the insert" are not a true reflection of the product, but I suspect that these are standard issue from the manufacturer and not produced by the seller.
