Was listed as £39 but charged £75 questioned this and answer was, The delivery fee to certain areas in the UK where a palletised courier would need to be used to make delivery are higher rates, but this was not explained on listing.

Old school company with a detailed VAT invoice and all my manufacturer warranty etc. Kudos to their in-house driver who was 2 hours early to schedule. Instead of a missed delivery they left it well hidden protected from the elements and left an answerphone message for me of its location. Appliance itself A**** as new and functioning great. Considerable savings on retail!
