Well you can't get better service than that. Received screen protector but wasn't happy as trying to take label off damaged it. It didn't cost much but annoying. However...I sent message to Profones and got immediate response.... An apology and to ask if I wanted refund or replacement. I had replacement and it's fine. Regardless of value of item you can't ask for better service than that. Definitely choose to buy from them again.

The seller is a fraud. Be careful as he will send you a product different from the advertised or on the packet. When questioned, he will try to justify his fraudulent attitude by changing the topic to justify his or her narratives. The blue one in picture is what sent for iPhone XR and claiming to be iPhone 13 Pro and the one in yellow pack is for IPhone 13 Pro. He claimed to have sent one for iPhone 13 Pro and it’s a lie.
