    Horrible experience. Seller said they would ship with care....please see pics. Also stated steelbooks were brand new, they clearly say pre-owned. Some arrived damaged. I sent a message expressing my dissatisfaction w/t the packaging to which they responded to "thanks for ripping me off" this transaction was a Best Offer to which we went back and forth on negotiations....they even thanked me for the purchase since it had been sitting for a long time! Lol I should have listened to the feedback!

    I purchased from this seller a Lego Harry Potter Whomping Willow described as NEW-Open Box. The box was mailed with just an address label stuck Lego box. It was delivered "crushed" with corners and edges completely worn out. No idea if all pieces are present as many of them are already put together. This seller miss-represented this item which, based on the overall condition, was very much USED. I did contact the seller immediately and there has been no response. Nephews birthday RUINED.
