Waited 14 days after ordering. We had to phone them lady phoned back saying definitely tomorrow contacted her again said sorry but delivery man realised something was wrong with it so returned item to depot. She said that’s how thoughtful our drivers are, Just a shame he wasn’t caring enough to call us and say it wasn’t coming. Wasted too many hrs and too many days. Fed up with excuses. Should have taken more notice of feed back. Byers beware.

They sent to shed out without the floor! Contacted them numerous times to rectify the issue to be told, nope you have half the floor so we're only sending out the other half. Took 2 weeks of back and forth with them for them to finally send out the floor, which low and behold isn't correct. Am now waiting for the manager to call back, surprise surprise they're not available. Useless customer service
