    DO NOT USE. very poor quality 02 May - order placed and paid 16 May - order received with shallow and missing engraving. I messaged the seller. 17 May - seller replies saying that this was a failure on the acrylic that should not have happened. Seller promised to get another panel engraved and shipped 14 June - received replacement panel with similar faults Poor-quality product Awful customer service Requires reminding to correct mistakes Appalling service. No word of apology DO NOT USE

    Not exactly what happened whatsoever - you contacted us to advise the initial fault and we shipped a replacement panel to you. It was only when you contact us 3 weeks later to say your replacement hadn't arrived that we provided another replacement for you. You had 2 replacement panels shipped -or which one went missing with Royal Mail and until you told us of missing item - we had no idea - when you contacted we resolved the issues straight away. Totally inaccurate and unfounded allegations!
