I must say this company is exceptional..I ordered 5x2kW radiators on Monday and today 1st thing Thursday, they were with me! I might add I live on a Scottish island. They were delivered to the mainland depot and I paid a delivery company to have them shipped over. Everything went well,the radiators are great and will be fitted in a few days.Packaging was really good too. I can't fault Prolux Concepts,their telephone contact Laura was more than helpful.This company really do go the extra mile.
