Ordered tv for next day delivery and paid extra. The next day my item still hadn't been marked as dispatched so I messaged the seller to ask if my order had been posted. My message was ignored my item marked as dispatched on the day it was supposed to arrive and then a postage refund was given. Obviously I'm happy with the refund because I paid extra for next day. It was the ignorance really that wasn't good. Tv exactly as described and arrived 48hours after purchase.
