    Terrible experience. Item has not arrived as yet. Ridiculous that in 2024 an item can take over two weeks to reach the usa from uk. No tracking information provided. Does not say where package is or when it will arrive. No details at all. I wrote the seller over a week ago asking for help and information and he never replied. This would never happen on amazon.
