  Unfortunately, the item was not delivered by Evri. They had a ridiculous response, saying they could not find my address, ridiculous as they have delivered many times before. The seller has been excellent in communicating and has even refunded my purchase cost in full. I would not hesitate in using them again in future. I am sorry that Evri has given them this problem.
