Advertised as "Very Good - Refurbished" and received in grade B+ condition with 'Excellent' battery rating. Seller had a pre-delivery issue with 1 laptop - it happens from time to time - but was proactive in phoning us about it first. Agreed a workaround and received the promised replacement cosmetic part quicker than expected. Will definitely keep this seller in mind for future orders.
