  I contacted the seller before placing my order and specifically requested 5 black and 5 white masks. The seller confirmed they could fulfill this request. I placed the order and included a message saying “5 black, 5 white” as agreed. However, I received all white masks. I reached out to the seller after receiving the incorrect items, but I have not received any response. Very disappointed with this experience.
