Delivery was fine . The biggest issue I have is the description . I understood that the lead was 15 m long but actually each one is 5 metres long !! I wanted a very long retractable lead for my dog on the beach . Very misleading . I asked for refund straight away and that’s where my issue starts . I have been offered various amounts back - £5 ; £8 ; £13 and informed I could try to sell myself !! My situation is with EBay .

The item I received was not what I expected it was acrylic rather than glass however when I pointed this out to the seller they said it was a mistake on the editing and when I did look in the description it did say acrylic. The seller offered me a discount on the item rather than sending it back which I agreed to! They were very helpful and happy to rectify the problem so Thankyou!

I have left positive feedback as issue with broken glass item now resolved seller replaced oil lamps quickly ...only criticism is after advising to pack items properly as glass breaks when loose and packed in a jiffy bag ! Replacement was packed no differently was fate they wernt broken
