Hi, We are sorry the item is not with you yet. As discussed privately this was dispatched on the 29th of January and attempted on the 8th of February. Unfortunately the attempt failed and the item was then returned to the delivery office in Latvia. As we are UK sellers, we cannot choose which delivery company we use. Jacket arrived in 7 days The jacket is how it looked in photo and no problem with quality. However when ordering please look at the full description of sizing I ordered 5Xl and about equivalent to British size large. Maybe the sizing guide should be with main photos section and then it would be seen easily when ordering
