    Cute trinket box arrived with an antler broken. Sent a photo. Seller insisted I smash it entirely with a hammer and send photos before he would issue a refund but no replacement was offered although he had another. When I bought his last one, he cancelled my order. I would not recommend this seller.

    Why would I send her a replacement when I lost trust in this buyer. I have the right to not sell to someone I don't trust. buyer has been block. I would also not recommend this seller.
