Very poor quality item. Does not work as it should. No instructions included so was only able to get it to slice, which it did badly. Asked to return for full refund and was constantly fobbed off with a % of a refund "15%/40%/70% refund as compensation for you to keep or give to a friend". Finally got a full refund. Box arrived in terrible condition, I wouldn't be surprised if it was already a "returned" item. Awful customer service. Awful item. Avoid!

Pleased with the fit, a little disappointing that there is no provision for fitting a Filter, I would like to see this addressed in a future version, prompt delivery and good service, only reason I’m not giving five stars is as already mentioned, the description says filter not included, but doesn’t state there is nowhere to fit one
