Afer 4 attempts to discuss with them , they still not able to told me when the delivery can be done. So I decided to request a refund, as already lost money and time , as I was really need this tool to do my job. Very bad experience.

    splitter is brilliant, and does what it says. delivery (not attributed to seller) by pallex failed on the first 2 days delivered without any notification on the 3rd day. They need to up their game. Items as heavy as this need to be notified in advance=taking pot luck if the seller is waiting in is futile.
