Royal Mail just lost the item, when I advised that I had not received it, the seller was like lightning speed to send me a replacement on registered 24 hour delivery and he was also going to refund. The seller has excellent values and a real quality human being who will not fail his customer. Absolutely awesome products but moreover an excellent human being and a top ethical seller.
